the Providence custom section with a
value of up to $150,000 for only

The Details:
Founder Members (includes dependent children who live at
home and are under the age of 23 or are full-time
students) will be offered preferred tee times, organized
member events, and preferential use of the Olde Liberty
Learning Center. The Learning Center will
incorporate state-of-the-art technologies for learning,
club fitting, and climate-controlled teaching bays that
will include the latest in computer and video enhanced
learning. Teaching programs for all members of the
family will be provided. In addition, each Founder
Member will have his or her name inscribed on a
permanent "Founder" plaque to be located at the entry
hall of the main clubhouse and will receive a beautiful
Founder Member Golf Bag emblazoned with their name, the
Olde Liberty logo, and the Founder Member distinction.
The Founder Member program comes at a one time cost of
$40,000, and in addition to the benefits outlined above,
gives the Member the option to select for future
purchase a home site in the prestigious Providence
section of Olde Liberty (see below), an enclave of fifty
golf course lots containing two cul-de-sacs. It is
anticipated that Providence at Olde Liberty will boast
homes ranging from the high $500's - $600's and will
have current site values from the $120's - $150's.
There will exist a three-year waiting period before the
option can be exercised, after which the Member may
purchase the lots for $60,000.
Olde Liberty Club, LLC reserves the right and privilege
to repurchase the lot option from the Founder Member at
any time within the 3 year waiting period. The
following chart represents the buy back pricing:
12 Month Buy Back: $46,000
18 Month Buy Back: $49,000
36 Month Buy Back: $58,000
Should Olde Liberty, LLC exercise its right to
repurchase the option, the Member retains the Golf and
Club privileges as outlined above. It's like
getting paid to play golf for the rest of your life!
Additionally, if after 3 years Olde Liberty Club, LLC
has not repurchased the option, Founder Member will have
up to 6 months to exercise its option on the lot
provided the lot has been recorded at the Franklin
County Courthouse. If lot has not been recorded,
Founder Member will have up to 6 months after the lot
has been recorded to exercise its option. If
option is not exercised within the 6-month time frame
the option will expire and Founder Member will lose all
rights to the lot.

The
Founder Membership can be transferred to
another party providing that the transfer is
executed within twelve months of purchasing
the Membership and option. You retain the
option and pass along an unbelievable Club
